Integrated leadership
As long as an entrepreneur is paying
taxes, he is apparently doing something which is taxing to himself
and society.
Integrated leadership means operating in service of the world.
As long as a businessperson makes him- or herself dependent on paper
profit (illusion as pay), the government will sooner or later imposes
its paper laws and regulations on him to correct him, as if guided
by an unseen hand. We thus are continually and chronically pushing
reality into the future. It is the law of conservation of misery.
In
doing spiritually integrated business, the reward is the result
of labour done. This makes integrated business directly connected
to reality in the here and now. Business is about taking risks and
trying new things. Sometimes things work out well, and sometimes
they do not. Both results are valuable since we can learn and become
better from them, given that they increase our practical experience.
If justice, well-being and prosperity are integrated within society
by the individual, they form the principles of the integrated entrepreneur
serving the world. This entrepreneurship is the next step towards
a more adult society, no longer dependent on paper pay (money) or
some other nice lolly.
Although in many cases we seem to have lost our way as a society,
there are some enormous changes taking place in the background.
If we as humanity choose to share the bounty and the resources of
this abundant earth, then freedom, equality and brotherhood will
inform the substance of our practice.
Integrated business is the key to a just and trustworthy society
of, by and for the people. We must put the era of blind faith in
paper profit behind us and be engaged with the world in the here
and now, beginning with a world-wide Marshall plan guaranteeing
everyone clean water, food, housing, education and health care,
now and in the future.
Everyone is an entrepreneur
